In 2024, he made 520 runs, including four half-centuries. Rahul is not only good with the bat, but he also leads the team and keeps wickets. It’s tough to find a player like him. That’s why LSG is likely to keep him for IPL 2025.
Nicholas Pooran
Nicholas Pooran is one of the most sought-after players in franchise cricket all over the world. He’s a powerful left-handed batter who can turn a game around from any situation.
He has done this many times for LSG. In 2024, he scored 499 runs with an amazing strike rate of 178.21 and three half-centuries. He’s definitely someone LSG will want to retain.
Marcus Stoinis
Marcus Stoinis had his best IPL season in 2024. He scored 388 runs and also took four wickets. Stoinis has been performing well both internationally and in franchise cricket. He adds balance to the team with his all-round skills. There’s no doubt that LSG will want to keep him for the next season.
Ravi Bishnoi or Mayank Yadav
LSG has some tough choices for the fourth spot. Players like Krunal Pandya, Ayush Badoni, Quinton de Kock, or Mohsin Khan are all in the mix. But it seems like it’s between Ravi Bishnoi and Mayank Yadav.
Bishnoi, a leg spinner, has been doing well internationally for India and is known for taking wickets in the middle overs. He might have the edge.
